Our southern Chester County, Pennsylvania practice was established in 1963 by Frank M. Perna, Esquire, the father of one of the firm's current partners, Michael R. Perna, Esquire. We are a full-service law firm with individual and corporate clients from all different walks of life, many of whom have been with our firm for generations.
