Our southern Chester County, Pennsylvania practice was established in 1963 by Frank M. Perna, Esquire, the father of one of the firm's current partners, Michael R. Perna, Esquire. We are a full-service law firm with individual and corporate clients from all different walks of life, many of whom have been with our firm for generations. We pride ourselves not merely on meeting, but on anticipating our clients' legal needs at all stages of their individual and corporate lives, from the time when they buy their first home or incorporate their business to the time when they begin their estate planning for their children and grandchildren.
