A great gathering & delicious food at Victory Brewing Company Kennett Square, while we learned more about our Sponsor KENNETT AREA COMMUNITY SERVICE. KACS strengthens Southern Chester County through food, housing, crisis services and education. With a mission to end poverty, KACS works to meet the fundamental needs of those in need – turning no one away. They have launched a $15 million campaign to fun their new facility, granting them the chance to do more with a new and larger, purposefully built facility putting KACS in a position to expand their life-changing impact across our community. Also pictured is Melissa Pacella with fellow non-profit SILO (Serving, Inspiring and Loving Others), accepting a donation from SCCCC’s Golden Ticket Fundraiser to help offset the impact of the historic 3rd Street Fire in support of the fire victims.

Each year monetary scholarships are awarded to deserving local high school students from the five high schools in the Chamber’s service area and three sponsorships are awarded to local students to attend PFEW – Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week.
